cornerstone

A cornerstone establishes the position and direction of everything built around it. That is the role we seek to play: a trusted partner that helps businesses set a solid foundation and turn ambition into working systems.

The cornerstone

01 / Software

Software gives ideas form.

Software gives ideas form — ledgers, consoles, and APIs written so a staff team can inherit them.

For operators who have outgrown a vendor template or a first-generation internal tool, and need software they will still own in five years.

Explore Software

02 / Cloud

Cloud creates room to grow.

Cloud creates room to grow — environments that match, pipelines that fail closed, and telemetry people trust.

For teams whose release process is a collection of scripts and heroics, or whose cloud bill cannot be explained to finance.

Explore Cloud

03 / AI

AI opens new possibilities.

AI opens new possibilities — models in an existing workflow, with evaluation, fallbacks, and a human path when the model is wrong.

For companies that have a real corpus and a real task, and are tired of chatbot demos that cannot survive contact with operations.

Explore AI

04 / Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity protects what matters.

Cybersecurity protects what matters — threat models beside the architecture, identity in the product, an incident path you have already walked.

For teams that are about to put a new system of record, a partner API, or a model in front of real customers and cannot afford a control that only exists in a PDF.

Foundations we can still stand behind.

Clearing ledger rebuild

A mid-market insurer was reconciling premium and claims across three overnight batch jobs and a workbook that only two people understood. Month-end took eleven days. Audit asked for provenance the system of record could not produce. Every close was a reconstruction, not a report.

Outcome

Close dropped from eleven days to three. Every posted amount has provenance an examiner can follow. The two people who used to rebuild the month now review exceptions. Finance can answer audit from the ledger instead of from memory.

Wren Clinics

Healthcare

Clinical operations console

A regional clinic group ran scheduling, referrals, and prior authorization across four vendor portals. Nurses copied. Errors showed up as no-shows and denied claims, not as tickets. Each new clinic meant hiring someone who already knew the portals.

Outcome

Front-desk time on vendor portals fell by half. Prior-auth cycle time is visible by clinic. The group can open a new site without hiring a specialist in each vendor. Denied claims from missing packets dropped in the first quarter after launch.

Northspan Logistics

Industrial

Fleet telemetry mesh

A logistics operator had GPS, electronic logging, and warehouse scans in three clouds. Dispatch saw a map. Maintenance exported a CSV. Nobody could say, from one place, why a trailer was late — or whether the cause was a device, a dwell, or a missed scan.

Outcome

Late trailers have a cause in under a minute. Maintenance stopped exporting CSVs. The mesh is a product the operator owns. Dispatch and maintenance now argue from the same event, not from two screenshots.

Software, cloud, cybersecurity and AI — built together. Tell us what you want to build on.
