Foundations we can still stand behind.

These are composite accounts of recent engagements. Client names are changed. The operational constraints — close calendars, vendor portals, devices already on trucks — are the ones we actually solved.

Clearing ledger rebuild

A mid-market insurer was reconciling premium and claims across three overnight batch jobs and a workbook that only two people understood. Month-end took eleven days. Audit asked for provenance the system of record could not produce. Every close was a reconstruction, not a report.

Outcome

Close dropped from eleven days to three. Every posted amount has provenance an examiner can follow. The two people who used to rebuild the month now review exceptions. Finance can answer audit from the ledger instead of from memory.

Wren Clinics

Healthcare

Clinical operations console

A regional clinic group ran scheduling, referrals, and prior authorization across four vendor portals. Nurses copied. Errors showed up as no-shows and denied claims, not as tickets. Each new clinic meant hiring someone who already knew the portals.

Outcome

Front-desk time on vendor portals fell by half. Prior-auth cycle time is visible by clinic. The group can open a new site without hiring a specialist in each vendor. Denied claims from missing packets dropped in the first quarter after launch.

Fleet telemetry mesh

A logistics operator had GPS, electronic logging, and warehouse scans in three clouds. Dispatch saw a map. Maintenance exported a CSV. Nobody could say, from one place, why a trailer was late — or whether the cause was a device, a dwell, or a missed scan.

Outcome

Late trailers have a cause in under a minute. Maintenance stopped exporting CSVs. The mesh is a product the operator owns. Dispatch and maintenance now argue from the same event, not from two screenshots.
